At American Express Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
